Clark Marketing Offices on Peoria Riverfront
To better serve its client base, Clark Marketing opened an office on the third floor of the Contemporary Art Center building in Peoria’s Riverfront business district.

The location boasts a river view, plenty of parking for clients and visitors, and a beautifully renovated setting among many of Peoria’s long-standing and most

Clark Marketing became a member of the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce in 2004. Clark Marketing named creative supplier for Caterpillar
Early in 2004, Clark Marketing was asked to engage in the process for selection as a Specialty Creative and Communications Firm for Caterpillar. The firm was honored to be awarded this status in September 2004. This selection allows Clark Marketing to contract directly with Caterpillar divisions around the world to provide marketing and marketing communications services.

As a subcontractor working for local professional firms, Clark Marketing has amassed a wide breadth of experience with Caterpillar’s operations, primarily within the product support division.

The required four-month, multi-phase review process ensured Caterpillar has the right number of “best in class” specialty creative and communications partners to serve its needs. To aid in the process, the review used Caterpillar Six Sigma criteria.

Firm receives State of Illinois small business certification
Clark Marketing has been certified as a Small Business (SB) and a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) through the State of Illinois. The firm also has been approved and placed on the listing of Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS).

“These certifications and listings are important to the future of my business,” said Valerie Clark, owner/principal. “I’ve found that organizations are increasingly looking to diversify their supplier base to include qualified WBE organizations because of the advantages they can provide. We are very pleased to offer these distinctions to our clients.”
